 1.Strengthening construction, expansion, repair and renovation of educational infrastructure.

2. Eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal opportunities at secondary and higher education levels for vulnerable groups, including the disabled and minorities.

3. Building and developing educational infrastructure that is child, disability and gender sensitive and includes safe, inclusive and effective learning environments.
